Miss Earth 2018, hosting its series of preliminary events, held its Long Gown Competition recently for its three groups as the winners were announced at the end of the event. The Fire Group and Water group held its Long Gown competition on 28th October 2018 at the City Coliseum, Palawan.

Air Group

The Air Group hosted its Resort Wear Competition on 27th October 2018. The countries which competed in the competition are Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Crimea, Cuba, England, France, Ghana, Guam, Haiti, Hungary, India, Ireland, Japan, Lebanon, Mauritius, Moldova, Myanmar, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Samoa, Slovenia, Trinidad & Tobago and Zambia.
Water Group
Gold Medal – Miss Earth Vietnam 2018 Phuong Khánh Nguyen
Silver Medal – Miss Earth Italy 2018 Sofia Pavan
