Miss Earth Carabobo 2018 held its grand finale on 21st June 2018 at Hesperia WTC where Katherine Martins was crowned the winner by her predecessor Miss Earth Carabobo 2017 Karla Hurtado. Katherine will now represent Carabobo at the upcoming Miss Earth Venezuela 2018.
Along with Katherine, Thalia Olvino was given the title of Miss Earth Air Carabobo 2018, Maria Khayat was given the title of Miss Earth Water Carabobo 2018 and Veronica Stefano was given the title of Miss Earth Fire Carabobo 2018.
Twenty candidates competed for the state crown which held its first edition on Thursday namely - Aurinel Simón, Brisandri Toloza, Claudia Herrera, Daniela Montes de Oca, Dayana Indriago, Diana Machado, Karina Becerrín, Karla Pérez, Katherine Rodríguez, Laura Bauer, Marian Burguera, María Graciela García, María Khayat, María Yelámo, Mónica Maldonado, Thalía Olvino, Tuliannys Briceño, Vanessa Troconis, Verónica Stefano and Yarlin Salazar.
Rosangelica Monasterio, anchor of Espectáculos Globovisión, was in charge of conducting the first edition of the contest that bets on beauty with cause that also featured musical performances by Johny Surhtt and Landaeta. Prince Julio Cesar also attended the event to form the jury panel with Irrael, Dj Nany, among other renowned figures.
