At the conclusion of Miss Earth El Salvador 2018 (Miss Tierra El Salvador 2018), Andrea Jaco from Santa Ana was crowned by her predecessor Miss Earth El Salvador 2016 Pamela Valdivieso. She will now represent El Salvador in Miss Earth 2018. She bested 15 other contestants to clinch the title. The grand finale took place at Fepade Theater, El Salvador on 15th December 2017.
Andrea is 20 years of age and stands tall at 174 cm. She is PhD student in medicine. She is indeed beauty with brains.
At the same event, Miss San Miguel 2017, Vivian Jimenez, was elected Miss Mesoamerica El Salvador 2018 for Miss Mesoamerica International 2018. Miss La Paz 2017, Grecia Moz crowned Miss Petite El Salvador 2018 for Miss Petite International 2018. Miss Ahuachapan 2017, Rebeca Alfaro crowned Princesa Nacional De La Belleza 2017. Also 20-year-old Paulette Rodriguez from Tecleña was crowned Queen of El Salvador 2017.
After an absence of 2 years, El Salvador will now compete in Miss Earth 2018. It is also to be noted that El Salvador has not been able to make a prominent mark in this international pageant and this year the lovely Andrea Jaco is crowned to make El Salvador proud in Miss Earth 2018.
