Haiti will compete in Miss Earth 2019 under the delegation of Emmanuela Michel as she has been chosen to represent the nation at Miss Earth 2019 as Miss Earth Haiti 2019. The beauty succeeds Miss Earth Haiti 2018 Falance Benjamin. After being crowned, the beauty has taken over the responsibilities and advocacies associated with the title.

Emmanuela after receiving the crown took this to her official Facebook account where she posted, “Thank you all for believing in me!!! Being Miss Haiti Caribbean 2019 automatically gives me the title of * Miss Earth Haiti 2019 * the third biggest contest in the world!!!”

The newly crowned beauty is 18 years of age who has just completed her classical studies by passing the Baccalaureate exams, was also crowned Miss Caribbean 2019 last weekend at Iguana Café and won the title of Miss Photogenic during the same competition. The beauty is also a member of Monique Calixte Library Debate Club and is an aspired speaker who in last July, won the title of best debater Espoir of the Youth Initiative's annual debate camp. Also, she is no stranger to pageantry as she has Caramel Beauty Queen 2018 title under her belt.

Last year, Falance Benjamin represented the country at Miss Earth 2019 pageant but failed to secure a spot in the finale. Therefore, the country is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Earth beauty pageant.
