The finale of Miss Earth Laos 2023 was held on 28th September 2023 at the Laotel Hotel in Vientiane where Noulao Wamenglor was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Laos at Miss Earth 2023.

Noulao Wamenglor is 21 years of age and hails from Xiangkhouang. Not new to the pageantry, Noulao joined Miss Teen Laos 2022 and placed second runner-up. As Miss Earth Laos 2023, Noulao promises to do her best and continue to develop the projects she wants to do to help the environment.

Miss Air-Laos 2023 – Fachalin Chounlamounty

Miss Water-Laos 2023 – Lothjana Khounnavong

Miss Fire-Laos 2023 – Oulayphone Soutthavong

The newly crowned Miss Earth Laos 2023 succeeds and was crowned by Miss Earth Laos 2022 Jintana Khidaphone. Jintana represented her country at Miss Earth 2022 but could not place in the Top 20.

Miss Earth 2023, the 23rd edition of Miss Earth, will be held in Vietnam on 16th December 2023 where Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi of South Korea will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
