Gwenivere Chioma Ifeanyieze crowned Miss Earth Nigeria 2020

Miss Earth Nigeria 2020 hosted its virtual grand finale on 15th August 2020 at 12pm (UTC +1) where Gwenivere Chioma Ifeanyieze from Enugu State was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Nigeria in Miss Earth 2020. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Earth Nigeria 2019 Susan Garland.

Gweniverse performed with absolute sincerity and dedication to win the national crown besting fourteen other delegates. She is a plant biotechnologist and an opera singer. At the preliminaries, she also won silver in the resort wear and talent competitions and gold in long gown competition. She advocated for recycling waste at the national contest. Last year, Miss Earth Nigeria 2019 Susan Garland represented Nigeria at Miss Earth 2019 and with her stunning performance, she placed in the Top 10. Nigeria is yet to pioneer its win in Miss Earth pageant. Congratulations to the newly crowned queen!
