The Miss Norway organization has recently crowned and announced the election of Lilly Sodal as the new Miss Earth Norway 2022 queen as she will represent the country at the upcoming 22nd edition of the Miss Earth pageant.

Lilly is into acting, modeling and the entertainment industry. In addition, she is a passionate entrepreneur in sustainable businesses. The newly crowned queen took to her social media to share, “I am so excited to finally announce that I will be Miss Earth Norway 2022, and will represent my country in Miss Earth this fall!”

She also added, “I am so excited to finally share this with you guys! I’ve been working on this for a long time, and I can’t to see what this journey will bring and share it along the way with you guys!” The diva is also an avid advocate of mental health and sustainable development.

Last year, Madeline Denice Olsen represent Norway at Miss Earth 2021 but remained unplaced. Norway has competed 13 times in the Miss Earth pageant since the pageant's inception in 2001. Norway placed as semifinalists in the years 2003 and 2004, including Fay Larsen's Top 10 placement and Birgitte Korsvik’s Top 16 placement respectively.

Lilly will now prepare for her international stint at Miss Earth 2022, the 22nd edition of the Miss Earth pageant. Norway is yet to pioneer its win at the international pageant.
