Panamena Universal organization held the presentation and coronation of Miss Earth Panama 2022 on 5th October 2022 at Envy Club Panama in Panama City where Valerie Clairisse Solís Valderrama was designated the title of Miss Earth Panama 2022. She succeeds Miss Earth Panama 2021 Jillyan Chue for the crown.

Valerie Clairisse Solís Valderrama is 18 years of age and a model, gymnast and ambassador of Panama Academica. She will now represent her country at the Miss Earth 2022 pageant, to be held in Philippines this November. Valerie is not a stranger to pageantry as she has held the titles Miss Teenager Panama and Miss Teenager Universe 2020.

The organization took to their official social media as they announced her delegation and wrote, “Valerie is 18 years old, 1.80 meters tall, bearer of the international title @missteenageroficial new, athlete, winner of innumerable international medals and trophies for Panama, professional model, advanced command of English and student of Maritime Engineering, is the new Miss Earth Panama 2022, who will represent us in the coming Miss Earth 2022 in the Philippines, Hail Queen, Panama has a new queen of luxury, Congratulations!”

Miss Earth Panama 2021 Jillyan Chue relinquished her crown during the special coronation ceremony. She represented Panama at Miss Earth 2021 but failed to place in the Top 20.  Panama has yet to win the Miss Earth title. Its highest placement was in 2006 with Stefanie de Roux Martin who finished in the Top 8.
