Christina Cai was appointed Miss Earth Singapore 2020 a few hours ago and will be representing Singapore at Miss Earth 2020 stage. The decision to appoint a representative for the competition due to the unfortunate situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization of Miss Earth Singapore couldn’t host the pageant. She was appointed by the CT Hansen International, the organizer of Miss Earth Singapore.
Christina who was adjudged as Miss Water Singapore 2019 is 21-years-old and is a student at Lasalle College of Arts is excited to be representing her country at Miss Earth 2020 stage even though virtually. She took to her social media account to announce the news to her fans and followers. She posted her picture and stated, “I'm excited to announce that I'm your Miss Earth Singapore 2020! I am honoured and blessed to have this opportunity to represent my beautiful country, Singapore in Miss Earth 2020.”
The diva who is very grateful of the organization who believed in her and trusted her with the title that she can represent the country at international stage. She mentioned that dreams do come true and that is why one should never stop dreaming about the things they want to achieve in their life. Christina has worked with a few renowned designers and brands in Singapore which has helped her to gain experience and prior to winning the title of Miss Water Singapore 2019, the diva was Chinese International 2018 top 10 finalist at the end of the event finale.
Christina is an advocate of using recyclable plastics or absolutely no plastics because she feels that it is a responsibility of every individual to preserve the home which we all live. She believes that beauty pageants are a great way to reach out to a massive audience with their respective advocacies and especially when it is related to environment, one should use the platform in the right way.
The diva believes that one must put in their all effort and mind into something they really desire and should always be affirmative that something bigger is waiting for them in future. Without hard work and focus, nothing can be achieved. She is quite confident about herself and with such confidence and endearing beauty she is sure be able to win everyone’s heart at the international finale and will secure a noteworthy spot at the conclusion.
Christina Cai has started to prepare for the competition and focusing on her advocacy and using the time given to work on herself including on-stage walk, body postures, body angles and stage confidence. She is also working on her physical appearance along with communication and interview skills as well. The virtual coronation ceremony of Miss Earth 2020 which is scheduled to be held between 21st September to 29th November 2020.
