Do Thi Lan Anh was crowned Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 at the finale of the national competition held on 14th October 2023 at the White Palace Vo Van Kiet in Ho Chi Minh City. She will be the host country representative at Miss Earth 2023 this year.

Do Thi Lan Anh bested 29 other contestants to win the crown. As the winner, Anh won a crown worth VND1 billion and a VND100 million cash prize. Anh is 26 years of age and stands 171 cm tall based in USA. She graduated from California State University Fullerton.

Top 11 also included Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang, Nguyen Thi Nhu Nguyet, Nguyen Thi Thu Cuc, Do Thuy Dung, Tracy Le Nguyen, Cao Thi Ngoc Bich, and Nguyen Le Diep Quyen while Top 20 semi-finalists also included Tran Ai Tien, Nguyen Thi Trang, Do Tran Gia Linh, Nguyen Thao Lien, Le Thi Kim Hau, Nguyen Thi Cam Thu, Luong Ngoc Thao Suong, Truong Thi Thuy Trang, and Tran Phuc Trieu Uyen.

The finale saw the presence of Miss Earth 2022 Mina Sue Choi of Korea and her elemental court Miss Earth Air 2022 Sheridan Mortlock of Australia and Miss Earth Fire 2022 Andrea Aguilera of Colombia.

Vietnam holds one Miss Earth crown under its belt; Nguyen Phuong Khánh was crowned Miss Earth in 2018. In the previous edition, the country placed in the Top 20 with Thach Thu Thao’s delegation.
