The grand finale of Miss Egypt Universe 2018 will be held on 3rd October 2018 where 18 contestants will compete for the national title. The winner will then represent Egypt in Miss Universe 2018 to be held on 17th December 2018 in   Bangkok, Thailand, where Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will crown the new queen.

Miss Egypt Universe 2017 Farah Sedky will be crowning her successor at the conclusion of the event who will become the new Miss Egypt Universe 2018. Farah represented Egypt in Miss Universe 2017 and even though she remained unplaced in the finale, she did win the special award of Miss Congeniality.
