This year the event, Miss Egzotica was organized under the slogan of "Choose Poland", hence the opinions of viewers were very imperative while crowning the Miss Egzotica 2016. This year’s Miss Egzotica 2016 was selected by a jury, which consisted of partners of the organizers of the event.

The coronation gala was connected to the Valentine's night shopping in the Blue City, Warsaw. After the conclusion of grand finale, a coronation banquet was also held in the Club Lucid, which was enjoyed even by the common Polish audience as the entries to coronation night was exclusively free of cost.

The previous franchise holder for Miss Earth in Poland was Miss Polonia. But the franchise was later handed over to Miss Egzotica. The Miss Egzotica pageant supports diversity to raise awareness in Poland. The pageant was awarded a European Medal by the BCC, European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Poland has been one of the top performing countries in Miss Earth. As of its fourteenth year, Poland was able to produce eight placements including a Miss Earth Fire in 2003 and Miss Earth Water in 2005.

Poland has already selected its representative for Miss World and Miss Universe and after crowning its representative for Miss Earth, the nation becomes one of the very few countries, which have declared all their representatives to various international pageants.
