The official Press Presentation of Miss Fit Philippines 2022 was held on 26th January 2023 at Palazzo Verde, Vista Alabang, Las Piñas City where the 28 official candidates were presented to members of the media.

The press presentation saw contestants wearing identical two-piece swimwear provided by Francis Deney Lee. The media, at the end of the event, announced the press favourites. Aliya Clemeña Rohilla of Albay Province was given the first position while Jackelaine Adarayan Fleming of Calbayog City, Samar and Mj Oblea of San Pablo, Laguna were awarded second and third runners-up respectively.

Here are the awards that will be given at the finale after the results are announced – MFP Grand Winner: P200,000 (Cash), 1st Runner-up P75,000 (Cash & Prizes), 2nd Runner-up P50,000 (Cash & Prizes), Runner-up P30,000 (Cash & Prizes), Runner-up P30,000 (Cash & Prizes).

The coronation night is scheduled to be held on 31st January 2023 at Palazzo Verde where Yllana Marie Aduana Miss Fit Philippines 2021 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
