The organization of Miss Florida USA hosted the coronation ceremony on 18th July 2021 at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts, Coral Springs, Florida, United States, where Ashley Ann Cariño Barreto of South Kissimmee was crowned as the new queen. Ashley succeeds Miss Florida USA 2020 Monique Evans for the title and will represent Florida at Miss USA 2021.
Ashley is 26-years-old. She is a psychosocial rehabilitator, model, and beauty queen who is of Puerto Rican descent. She studied aerospace engineering at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, and works as a psychosocial rehabilitator at Insight Behavioral Health Specialists in Kissimmee.
After being crowned as Miss Florida USA 2021, Ashley took to her social media account to share her happiness with her followers and thanked everyone for their support. She wrote, "I'm still in disbelief!!! This has been an incredible journey, a true dream come true. I've met so many incredible women and in only a matter of days, I've made memories to last me 3 lifetimes. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I can't wait to embark on this incredible path as your new Miss Florida USA 2021, alongside you all. "

Ashley is a strong, confident, and beautiful woman who will now start preparing for Miss USA 2021 with a positive mindset to win the crown and represent the USA at Miss Universe 2021. The stunning beauty queen is beautiful, optimistic, and looking forward to meeting all the delegates of Miss USA 2021 and learning a little bit from everyone because she believes in working on oneself every single day and improving for better performance.
The diva feels grateful that she has a chance and a platform to do something extraordinary for society with her title of Miss Florida USA 2021. She believes that beauty pageants have opened various opportunities for women to work on themselves along with working for society, and she is honored to be a part of this journey.
Miss Teen Florida USA 2021 was also held on the same night as Breanna Myles was crowned the new queen. She will represent Florida at Miss Teen USA 2021. Kayla Stern, Taylor Morland, Gracyn East, and McKenzie Graham were adjudged as the first, second, third, and fourth runner-up respectively at the end of the event finale.
