At the conclusion of the grand finale of Miss Friendship International 2019 held on 27th July 2019 in China, Emilia Dobreva of Serbia was crowned the new queen. The international pageant hosted its second edition after a long hiatus. Emilia bested beauties from all around the globe to win the coveted crown.

Emilia represented her country with pride and sincerity, giving an outstanding performance in every round on the basis of which an accomplished panel of jury announced her the winner. She will now initiate her duties and responsibilities as the reigning Miss Friendship International which will go on till a year. 

Along with her, Gabrielle Basiano of Philippines and Lorena Goncalves Rodrigues of Brazil were adjudged the first runner-ups while 2nd Runner-Up finishers were from Poland, Borneo, and Hong Kong China.

The countries who made it to Top 15 were Borneo, China, Serbia, Venezuela, Ukraine, Poland, Singapore, Thailand, Italy, Margarita Island, Russia, Hong Kong, Brazil, Philippines, Bolivia. Olivia Muimui of Bornea was awarded the Best National Costume award as she performed with excellence and grace.
