At the conclusion of the grand finale of Miss Global 2017 pageant held at Koh Pich Performing Arts Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 17th November 2017, Barbara Vitorelli (Barbara Juliana de Melo Vitorelli) of Brazil was declared the winner and was crowned Miss Global 2017. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Global 2016 Angela Bonilla of Ecuador.
Her court included Tenielle Adderly of Bahamas (first runner-up), Selina Kriechbaum of Germany (second runner-up), Ayan Said of Somalia (third runner-up) and Lily Wu of China (fourth runner-up).
Top 11 finalists also included the representatives of USA, Lebanon, Norway, Mexico, Australia and Cambodia. Tibet, Vietnam, South Africa, Colombia, Portugal, Suriname, Thailand, Philippines and Czech were the remaining Top 20.
Miss Global 2017 was the fifth edition of the Miss Global pageant which commenced in 2013. Last four editions were won by Angela Bonilla of Ecuador (Miss Global 2016), Jessica Peart of Australia (Miss Global 2015), Ela Mino of Canada (Miss Global 2014) and Emily Kiss of Canada (Miss Global 2014).
