The finale of Miss Grand Bangkok 2023 was held on the evening of 11th September 2023 where Pimjira Jaroenlak was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Bangkok at Miss Grand Thailand 2023.

The finale was held in the presence of Mr. Nawat - president of Miss Grand International and Engfa Waraha - Miss Grand Thailand 2022, and also Miss Grand Bangkok 2022 who relinquished her regional crown at the end of the event finale.

Pimjira Jaroenlak is a familiar actress who has participated in many TV series. In 2014, she participated in the hit TV series The Beauty War (Songkram Nang Ngarm in Thai, and also with the English title Beauty And The Bitches). The film's content revolves around the contestants of a beauty pageant as well as behind-the-scenes drama stories. In the film, Pimjira Jaroenlak plays a beauty contestant named Summer.
