The organization of Miss Grand Cambodia appointed Chily Tevy as the new Miss Grand Cambodia 2020 after Seng Rotha stepped down from her title and the first runner-up Lim Sotheavy refused to take over the title. Liv was adjudged as the second-runner-up at Miss Grand Cambodia 2020 finale and will now take over the crown duties and represent Cambodia at Miss Grand International 2020 in March.

Chily is 24-years-old and stands 170cm and can speak Khmer, Thai, and English. She is passionate about modelling and feels very honoured and blessed to have been appointed as Miss Grand Cambodia 2020.

The diva performed exceptionally well on-stage throughout the competition of Miss Grand Cambodia 2020 and managed to impress the audience and the people with her confident and strong performance. She is strong, determined, and focused towards preparing herself for the finale of Miss Grand International 2020 which is scheduled to tale place in the month of March in Thailand.
