The organization of Miss Grand Egypt hosted the coronation ceremony for Miss Grand Egypt 2020 on 1st November 2020 at Andaluset Hall in a Greater Cairo hotel, where Virginia Hany was crowned as the winner and became the official representative of Egypt at Miss Grand International 2020 stage. She succeeds Miss Grand Egypt 2019 Esraa Abdelmoneim Abdelmohsen Albelasi for the title. She is very excited to take over the crown duties and start preparing for the competition.

Virginia is a strong, confident, and focused woman who believes that she will be able to perform her best at the competition and make the people of Egypt proud. She has started to prepare herself and is focusing on polishing her skills that are needed to perform and impress the judges and the audience.

The diva feels grateful that the organization believed in her and saw her potential that she can represent the home country at an international stage and she has assured that she will not disappoint. She was also the winner of Miss Elegant Egypt 2020 and has shown immense dedication and determination towards winning the title.

Virginia is beautiful, confident, and has some experience in terms of modeling which would be helpful to her during the finale competition. She is young but her strong and determined performance at the competition showcased her potential and impressed everyone thus, the organization felt that she could be a great representative of Egypt at Miss Grand International 2020 stage. The competition was held in a private ceremony due to the pandemic scare in the world and was attended by the founder of Miss Egypt Dr. Amaal Rezk.
