The organization of Miss Queen of Scandinavia appointed Liina Malinen as the new Miss Grand Finland on 25th January 2020 and she has succeeded Miss Grand Finland 2018 Erika Miranda Helin for the title as Finland didn’t participate in the Miss Grand International 2019. The diva is preparing herself to represent the country at Miss Grand International 2020 scheduled to take place on 27th March 2021, in Thailand.

Liina is not new to the world of beauty pageants as she represented the country at Top Model of the World 2019 where she was appreciated but remained unplaced and Miss Tourism Globe 2019 where she managed to secure a place as a semi-finalist. The diva is an ice figure skater who aspires to make the people of Finland proud by winning the title in Thailand.

The diva has mentioned that her time at Top Model of the World was one of the best experiences of her life and she is very grateful for the opportunity. She is excited to represent Finland at Miss Grand International 2020 and has started to prepare for the competition in order to make it through the finals. She was selected as Miss Grand Finland 2019 as well but the country decided not to participate due to safety reasons but this time, she has the opportunity and a chance to showcase her strong, determined, and focused self-on-stage.
