The 8th edition of Miss Grand International, i.e., Miss Grand International 2020, is all set to be held on 27th March 2021 in Bangkok, Thailand where stunning beauties from all over the globe will compete for the international crown. Miss Grand International 2019 Valentina Figuera will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
While this year’s batch boasts of stunning and talented beauties, there are a few ladies who have stood out amongst the rest and show the immense capability to be the winner of the 2020 edition. In a series of features, we’d love to introduce to you our Top 15 favourite contestants for the crown.
Denisa Spergerová from Czech Republic was appointed Miss Grand Czech Republic 2020 after the former queen Barbora Aglerova hurt her knee while hiking back. The organization announced Denisa’s designation on their social media page as the doctor’s strictly advised Barbora to rest.
Denisa is 20-years-old and stands 179 cm tall. She has graduated from Private Language High School from Ceské Budejovice and is currently a student of media marketing at Newton College. She is passionate about beauty pageants and represent her country at international stage. The diva believes that with the platform she has right now will help her to create opportunities for the people in her community.
The diva is positive and humble woman that after she was appointed Miss Grand Czech Republic 2020, she took to her social media to share that Barbora Aglerova would have been a great candidate for Czech Republic but the unfortunate accident has let her take a step back and she would perform her best on-stage not only to win and make people of Czech Republic proud but also to honour the beauty queen who was preparing herself for the finale.
Denisa is not new to the world of beauty pageants as she represented Czech Republic at Miss World 2019 where she was highly appreciated but unfortunately couldn’t secure a high position. The beauty queen has always aspired to be a beauty queen and make her country proud since she was a little girl. In her live session, she shared that she is grateful and glad that the organization saw the potential in her and decided to pick her as Barbora’s subtitle for the competition.
The beauty queen who is experienced and is well equipped with the pageant world is focusing on her goal which is to win the title. She believes that she must just follow her heart and focus on what is the end goal. In her introduction video, Denisa shared that after her win as Miss Czech Republic 2019, she was able to start her modelling career intensively and with immense hard work and determination she has worked with many famous designers in Czech Republic.
Denisa is strong, dedicated, and confident with her preparation for the competition but is always looking for tips and techniques to improve herself. She is one of the favourites for the title as she has showcased the zeal to win the title and performed exceptionally well at the quarantine activities organized by the organization. She is beautiful, and maintains herself by keeping herself busy with yoga or volleyball activities and has worked on her communication skills as well. With her confidence, and bewitching smile, she could impress anyone at the competition.
