Phetmany Philakhong is currently preparing to represent Laos at the 2023 edition of Miss Grand International. The stunning beauty was crowned Miss Grand Laos 2023 on 29th July 2023 at the National Convention Center.

Phetmany is a 27-year-old bank clerk from Vientiane Prefecture. She graduated from the Institute of Economics and Finance Dongkhamxang. Being a multilingual, Toukta speaks Lao, Thai and English fluently. Phetmany is currently model and Brand Ambassador for Brand NewNorm clothing.

Not new to the pageantry world, Phetmany competed at Miss Laos in 2015 and ended up placing as the 4th Runner-up. After eight years, she ended up winning this national title. She is definitely a strong contender to represent her country’s culture and advocacy at the international platform.

On winning the national crown, Phetmany took to her official social media as she wrote, “An ordinary girl who has a dream like many girls trying to develop herself before competing well, so she is prepared to be more courageous to express herself and communicate more and more than to go through this point, must pass the word inappropriate and must gather courage to overcome the courage to challenge herself to compete in the international stage Miss Grand Laos.”

Phetmany always wanted to be a part of Miss Grand pageant because it is a stage that focuses on world peace. Apart from having beauty, knowledge, talent, vibrancy and confidence, it is also a platform where beautiful women of all levels from many races and countries can present their uniqueness, value, equality and kindness the new generation of women have expressed to the world society.

Miss Grand International 2023, the 11th edition of Miss Grand International, will be held on 25th October 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where Miss Grand International 2022 Isabella Menin of Brazil will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
