Miss Grand Philippines 2023, the second edition of the Miss Grand Philippines, is scheduled to be held on 13th July 2023 at the Mall of Asia Arena (MOA), Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. The winner of the national pageant will succeed and be crowned by Miss Grand Philippines 2022 Roberta Tamondong of San Pablo, Laguna. The winner will represent Philippines at Miss Grand International 2023 to be held in Vietnam.

The organization held two screening processes in the past few weeks to select twenty-six stunning delegates who will compete for the national crown. There will be about ten more candidates on 17th June 2023 who have been pre-selected because of the provincial franchises at the Press Conference.

Miss Grand Philippines 2022 Roberta Tamondong represented Philippines at the Miss Grand International 2022 held in Jakarta, Indonesia on 25th October 2022 and finished as a Top 20 semifinalist. This edition is the first Miss Grand Philippines competition to be held under the ALV Pageant Circle management, after Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. withdrew from the franchise.
