Karina Ramirez was crowned Miss Grand Texas 2024 at the finals of the state pageant held on 12th January 2024 in Sheraton Houston Brookhollow. Karina, with her win, has become the first official contestant to compete for Miss Grand USA 2024 crown.
Karina Ramirez is a youth mentor and is currently in the process of writing a book on mental health. She is also a mental health & suicide prevention advocate. Karina bested five other contenders to clinch the Miss Grand Texas 2024 crown.
The other contestants who competed for Miss Grand Texas 2024 are Miss Grand Suncity 2024 Vanessa Gandarilla, Miss Grand Lone Star 2024 Victoria Oluwakotanmi, Miss Grand Longview 2024 Francely Lopez, Miss Grand Harris County 2024 Leana Chan and Miss Grand El Paso 2024 Angie Lopez.
Karina succeeds and was crowned by Miss Grand Texas 2023 Francie Millan. She competed at Miss Grand USA 2023 and with her stellar performance, she placed as the third runner-up.
Miss Grand United States 2024, the seventh edition of the national pageant, will be held later this year where Miss Grand USA 2023 Sthephanie Miranda will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
