The 2023 edition of Miss Guinea Ecuatorial has officially begun as sixteen delegates have been selected to compete for the national crown and the winner of the national pageant will represent Equatorial Guinea at Miss Universe 2023.

The finale of Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2023 will be held on 9th September 2023 at Polideportivo de Malabo. The winner will succeed and be crowned by Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2022 Alba Isabel Obama.

The contestants competing for Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2023 are – Wendy Eyang, Estela, Angie, Rasol Fonsina, Bibiana, Diana Hinestrosa, Emme, Marta Efuman Okomo, Milagrosa Avelino López Bavahaka, Candela, Huesitos Lohoba Bilora, Frehs Peluche, Dolores Consuelo Nve´ Nsue, Juanita Abeng Ndong Bengono, María Begoña Andeme, Mbini.

Miss Guinea Ecuatorial 2022 Alba Isabel Obama represented the country at Miss Universe 2022 but failed to place in the Top 16. The country is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe.

Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, is scheduled to be held in El Salvador on 18th November 2023 where Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
