The finale of Miss Hawaii USA 2023 was held at the Hawaii Convention Center Honolulu on 15th January 2023 where Savannah Mar’i Gankiewicz was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Kiana Yamat Miss Hawaii USA 2022 and will now represent her state at Miss USA 2023.

The newly crowned Miss Hawaii USA 2023 Savannah Gankiewicz’s court includes –

1st Runner-up – Kawena Kan-Hai

2nd Runner-up – Breea Yamat

3rd Runner-up – Mikayla Baptista

4th Runner-up – Ronelle Valera

Top 11 also included Alexandria Livermore, Ashlyn Pierceall, Flora Rodas, Callista Hansen, Ryllah-Rae Rodrigues and Kristi Van Diver.

Also at the end of the event finale, Noelani DeNisi was crowned Miss Hawaii Teen USA 2023 as she became the official representative of Hawaii at Miss Teen USA 2023. Elaina Kristine Head, Kyani Bateman, Lehani Coloma and Isabella Emma Alohalani were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.

Kiana Yamat Miss Hawaii USA 2022 represented her state at Miss USA 2022 but failed to place in the Top 16. Hawaii has won Miss USA four times. The last time the state placed at Miss USA was in 2020 where Samantha Neyland placed in the Top 10. Congratulations to the newly crowned queens.
