Hannah Menzner of Boise was crowned Miss Idaho USA 2023 on 11th September 2022 at Red Lion Hotel Templin's on the River in Post Falls, Idaho. Hannah will represent Idaho at the next edition of Miss USA in 2023.

Hannah is 27 years of age and is an Idaho native. She is an MBA candidate at the Wharton School and published author of her nonfiction book ‘Glass Ceiling Epiphanies’. She’s a former Boise Rotary Scholar, Idaho’s Distinguished Student Award winner. Not new to the pageant world, Hannah also holds the title of Miss Idaho Teen USA 2014.

Hannah has a deep passion for mental health which stemmed from her experience volunteering for a crisis hotline. Hannah has since founded Project IdaHOPE to teach Idahoans to spot the suicide warning signs and risk factors.

Also at the finale, Keylee Croteau, Kaitlyn Widmyer, Amy Agenbrod and Sierra Norman were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively. Top 11 also included Heaven Alves, Jackie Anderson, Tara Ryan, Kathryn Moore, Samantha Towns and Brittani Roe.

Along with Hannah, Angelina Ryan was crowned Miss Idaho Teen USA 2023 and will represent Idaho at Miss Teen USA 2023. Alyson Feely, Emma Bailey, Chloe Wright and Jolette Megis were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
