The coronation night of Miss Iloilo 2023 was held on 18th January 2023 at Iloilo Convention Centre at 7 PM where the three winners - Miss Iloilo World 2023, Miss Iloilo Universe 2023 and Miss Iloilo Binibini 2023 were crowned. The 2023 edition was inspired by the majestic waters of Iloilo and paying homage to the Ilonggo culture-rich traditions and heritage. Miss Iloilo 2023, flows and conquers the waters.

The official sashing ceremony of Iloilo 2023 queens was held on 19th January 2023 at North Point Event Centre, Iloilo where the Top 3 winners of the state pageant were sashed. IFFI Chairman, Judgee Peña and IFFI President, Jose V. Layson were also present at the competition.

Miss Iloilo Universe 2023 (1st Runner-up) – Chloei Darl Z. Gabales

Miss Iloilo Binibini 2023 (2nd Runner-up) – Tracy Lois M. Bedua

Top 5 also included Ma. Cristina Isabel N. Tallador from Pavia and Jeraldine B. Quimson from Mandurriao District who were adjudged as the third and fourth runners-up respectively. Nicole Cordoves and Marco Gumabao were the hosts for the evening.

Also at the end of the event finale, Chloei Darl Z. Gabales won the Best in Evening Gown award, Best in Swimwear Underwater Shoot as well as the Best in Swimsuit award. Raniele Shaine S. Saulog won the Best in Themed Costume award while K Dilme Amanda V. Perera won Best in Talent award. Ma. Delza B. Anduque won the Best in Casual Wear Designers' Fashion Show and Miss Selfigenic award, Jeraldine B. Quimson won Best in The Throne Online Interview. Ma. Delza B. Anduque won the Best in Tourism Video.

Miss Iloilo-Universe 2022 Dorothy Gemillan, Miss Iloilo-World 2022 Blessie Villablanca, and Miss Iloilo-Binibini 2022 Elisha Abella crowned their successors at the end of the event finale. Congratulations to the newly crowned queens.
