Beloved by all during the finale of Miss World Ecuador 2018 held on 23rd June 2018, Nina Solórzano Caicedo was adjudged the third runner-up during the conclusion of the finale. She then went on to be introduced as Miss Intercontinental Ecuador 2018 after the finale ceremony. This earned her the right to represent her nation in Miss Intercontinental 2018 to be held on 26th January 2018 in Manila, Philippines to be held on 26th January 2018 in Manila, Philippines.

Nina dreamt of becoming a doctor when she was just 15 years of age and her wishes are about to come true as she is currently a medical student at the Technical University in Manabi. Finding time outside of her student life, she is also working as a professional model which works out perfectly for her due to her stellar height of 172 cm. During her free time, Nina likes to watch movies and to keep herself free, she prefers to go to the gym.

From very early on, Nina caught the travel bug, and that is one of her favourite hobbies. She loves discovering new cultures be it inside or outside of her country. Nina has a very compassionate nature and had started taking initiatives in humanitarian aid since the earthquake that struck Ecuador in 2016. This diva from Ecuador has also worked in several charity programs in the past.

Apart from all the awesome things that she has already been doing, Nina is also bilingual with the ability to speak fluently in Spanish and English languages. The special talent of this 23-year-old is dancing. Added to that, promoting self-love is her second nature as she believes that people can live together in peace and harmony if they feel empowered in life. Nina is truly a versatile person.

Nina was not only the second runner-up during the finale of Miss World Ecuador 2018. Her spectacular performance and unshakable confidence won her the Beach Beauty award during the finale and she was placed in the second position in the Talent round. Nina was crowned by the outgoing queen Miss Intercontinental Ecuador 2017 Joselyn Valeria Ruiz Sánchez.
