At the conclusion of the grand coronation event of Miss Intercontinental Malta 2018 held on 21st October 2017, Federica Nicastro was crowned as Miss Intercontinental Malta 2018. She will now represent Malta in Miss Intercontinental 2018 scheduled to be held later next year. She will succeed Miss Intercontinental Malta 2017 Francesca Mifsud.
She hails from Valletta and completed her graduation from Giovanni Curmi Higher Secondary School. She currently works as dance teacher at Johane Casabene Dance Conservatoire. The queen likes to dance while she loves travelling and aspires to travel the whole world one day. She works as a model also and she has recently done a photo shoot for the famous clothing brand ‘Gianni Casualline’ for their Autumn Wear.
Federica also participated in Miss Universe Malta 2017 but unfortunately couldn’t win the title. She was placed in top 3 in Best Model of the World Malta 2016.
