Miss Earth Mexico Organization crowned Sofía Miñarro Pedraza as the new representative of Mexico in Miss Intercontinental 2019. Sofia was representing Querétaro in the national competition of Miss Earth Mexico 2019 as she was awarded the title of Miss Intercontinental Mexico 2019. She succeeds Miss Intercontinental Mexico 2018 Ivanna Lobato Barradas.
The 20-year-old beauty stands 175 cm tall and performed with excellence and grace at the national competition to win the national title. She will for sure be a force to be reckoned with at the international platform and will definitely amaze everyone with her elegance and talent.
Along with her two other titles were also handed out to Dariana Urista Soto who was crowned Miss Supranational Mexico 2019 and Scandy Patron who was crowned Miss Eco International Mexico 2020.

Mexico won its first Miss Intercontinental crown in 2017 when Verónica Salas was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2017. Maybe the country will make its first sandwich win under Sofia’s delegation. Last year, Ivanna Lobato Barradas represented Mexico in Miss Intercontinental 2018 and with her impeccable journey, placed in the Top 20.
