As you know, Miss International 2015 pageant has kicked off in Tokyo from October 17’ 2015 with the arrival of participants from 72 countries and territories.

In addition to the contestants’ preliminary activities such as the welcome party, orientation, and the Siatama visit, all the 72 delegates of Miss International 2015 were taken to Ginza Mitsukoshi for a shopping spree.

Yes! A shopping spree, that too in Tokyo. And shopping in Tokyo certainly made the activity even more exciting for the girls. That was the unbelievable experience for the delegates.

After a bagful of shopping, they were taken to the JNB New Business Creation Forum Party for the world’s famous Japanese food! There they enjoyed the delicious and mouth-watering Japanese dishes. That was a night of true glamour for them.

Following the scheduled activities of the pageant, all the finalists of the Miss International 2015 were taken to explore the imperial culture of Japan. The international beauties learned a lot about the Japanese regal culture, such as learning local dances, how to make flower arrangements and of course, taking part in the world-famous tea ceremony.

The Miss International beauty pageant is aimed at promoting “Love, Peace and Excitement to the World”. The contestants of the pageant are expected to serve as “Ambassadors of Peace and Beauty”, serving tenderness, generosity, friendship, beauty, intelligence and a great international sensibility.

The gala coronation night will be held on November 5, 2015 at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa’s Hiten Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Valerie Hernandez of Puerto Rico will crown her successor at the end of the event with a new crown created and designed by Mikimoto. Traditionally, Miss International lives in Tokyo during her reign.
