Miss International 2018 officially kicked off with the Orientation that was organized to welcome the delegates from all over the world to Tokyo. On Monday, the beauties began their journey as all the seventy-seven delegates met each other and exchanged conversation about their country’s cultures and heritage.

As the orientation began, Miss International Philippines 2018 Ahtisa Manalo took to her official social media and posted, “Today is the first time all 77 of us saw each other! I'm very thankful to Miss International for this experience. Imagine all the amazing ladies from 77 countries in one room, all exchanging stories about their own country, such a wonderful sight! Today marks the start of our journey to long-lasting sisterhood and friendships!”

Also at the event supporting the new contestants was Miss Earth 2017 Kevin Lilliana of Indonesia who looked gorgeous in her nude jumpsuit. Some of the contestants also visited JTB Office to get to know more about Japan’s tourism before the orientation. The JTB office also introduced the contestants about their new facilities.

 

Miss International 2018 officially kicks off with Orientation

 

The finale of Miss International 2018 will be held on 9th November 2018 in Tokyo Dome City Hall, Japan. This year marks the biggest turnout in Miss International pageant’s history as seventy-seven delegates compete for the coveted crown. Before this year, the record was of 73 contestants in 2014.
