Miss International 2019 finale details announced

The 59th edition of Miss International will witness more than eighty accomplished ladies competing for the coveted crown. Miss International 2018 Mariem Claret Velazco of Venezuela will crown her successor at the end of the finale.

Just hours ago, Miss International Organization took to their official social media to reveal the finale date and venue on which the new queen will be crowned. Miss International 2019 will be held on 12th November 2019 at the Tokyo Dome City Hall while the pageant activities will start from 25th October 2019.

Single ladies aged 18 to 27 from all over the world will vie for the coveted title. They will spend nearly three weeks of cultural immersions and tours, as well as tasting the delicious Japanese cuisine. The gorgeous contestants will compete in Preliminary competitions before the finale to establish a strong foothold in the competition.

Established in 1960, Miss International is the fourth largest pageant in the world in terms of having crowned national winners to participate in the international contest. It is also one of the Big 4 pageants along with Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Earth.

Last year’s edition was held on 9th November 2019 in Tokyo, Japan. Venezuela and the Philippines dominated the pageant with eight and six crowns under their belt respectively. It will be interesting to see who will take home the crown this year with Venezuela winning the last year’s title.
