Miss International 2023 Update – No more Swimsuit Parade

Miss International organization, through their official Twitter account, announced that the delegates will not be able to walk the stage in their swimsuits during the finals night, starting with the 2023 edition.

The pageant will still have a swimsuit round, however, but it will be held during the closed-door preliminary evaluation. As of now, more than thirty-five contestants have been confirmed to compete at Miss International 2023.

This edition is said to be ‘the biggest and most exciting Miss International edition of all’. The 2023 edition will see debut of Albania, Bangladesh and Lesotho and return of Côte d'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Martinique, Myanmar, Russia, Tunisia and Zimbabwe. More additions will be made the countries will appoint/crown their representatives.

Miss International 2023, the 61st Miss International, is set to be held at the Yoyogi Gymnasium No. 2 in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan on 26th October 2023 where Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selberg of Germany will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
