Melanie Renaud was crowned Miss International Canada 2023 at the finale of the national pageant held on Saturday, 9th September 2023 at the Capitol Theatre in Windsor, Ontario. Melanie Renaud will prepare to represent her country at Miss International 2023.
Melanie Renaud is 26 years of age and a digital journalism and communications graduate of the University of Windsor. She bested 17 other delegates to win the Miss International Canada 2023 crown. Not new to the pageantry, Melanie was adjudged as the second runner-up at Miss Universe Canada 2023 where she also won the Queenly Spokesmodel and Miss Photogenic awards.
Melanie is also an advocate for autism awareness, because her brother is on the autism spectrum. Through her reign, she wants to educate and promote inclusivity and acceptance for everyone with a developmental disability. The stunning Canadian beauty is also passionate about empowering young people with the tools and resources to develop confidence and leadership skills. She hopes to inspire young women to be confident in themselves and thrive as leaders in their communities.
Melanie is a marketing strategist, writer, mentor, and philanthropist. As a Global Ambassador and spokesperson for the Starkey Hearing Foundation, she has also worked alongside Delta Zeta National to raise funds for the foundation and traveled with a team to Guatemala to provide hearing aids and hearing care to over 800 people.

Top 8 finalists also included Anmol Dosanjh, Arsh Thind, Kim Do, Maria Jose Acosta, and Svetlana Mamaeva.
Melanie succeeds and was crowned Miss International Canada 2022 Madison Kvaltin who placed in the Top 8 at Miss International 2022. Madison is now Miss Universe Canada 2023 and will represent her country at Miss Universe 2023.
