The coronation of Miss Mundo Dominicana 2019 aka Miss World Dominican Republic 2019 along with the crowning of Alba Blair 2019 as the new queen also concluded with the crowning of Zaidy Bello as Miss International Dominican Republic 2019. She succeeds Miss International Dominican Republic 2018 Stephanie Bustamante and was crowned by her and the reigning Miss International Mariem Velazco.

The beauty after being crowned revealed her happiness and excitement as she took to her official Instagram account where she posted, “The crowning moment! I share this triumph with all of you and I assume it with my heart with the desire to do a decent job of which you can feel proud and above all motivated that if you can get ahead and it doesn't matter where you come from, it doesn't matter where you were born, no matter your social condition does not limit yourself prepare yourself, educate yourself and write the story of your life with strength and courage. Contodooo how the warriors who make their scars and falls their motivation to continue. ‘Miss international Dominican Republic’ 2019. The newly crowned beauty has pursued a degree in Diplomacy and International Relations but professionally works as a model. For her modelling is a tool where she can do her best, develop as a person and live an adventure where not many can arrive. She is into the industry since she was 15. Not new to pageantry, she has competed in various contests earlier such as the Miss Dominican Republic 2017, Miss Barahona 2017 and Miss Gaming Dominican Republic 2012 which she won successfully, and much more.

Last year, Stephanie Bustamante represented the Dominican Republic in Miss International 2018 but failed to secure a position in the finale. However, Zaidy seems to have that confidence which will surely help her secure a notable spot in the finale.
