Miss International Ghana 2018 will host its grand finale on 19th August 2018 where 14 beautiful Ghanaian queens will fight for the national title. In an event called Ghana Models Festival 2018, three different pageants, namely Miss International Ghana, Face of Teens Ghana and GH Young Top Model will be held.

The reigning Miss International Ghana 2017 Abigail Martey will crown her successor at the end of the event finale and the winner will represent her nation at Miss International 2018. The 14 contestants who will be competing for the national title are as follows -

Miss International Ghana 2018 will take place at the Auditorium of the National Theatre, Ghana. The Red Carpet show will take place from 5 pm to 6 pm and the main event will take place from 7 pm to 11 pm.
