Athena Éva McNinch has been announced as the official representative of Guam to the upcoming Miss International 2019 as she has replaced Kirsten Lydia for the title of Miss International Guam 2019. Kirsten has been replaced due to the age factor as she will be stepping over the age limit by the time the finale of Miss International 2019 will be held.

Not new to the pageantry, Athena Éva McNinch was crowned Miss Universe Guam 2018 and represented her country in Miss Universe 2018. Even though she could place in the Top, Athena’s international pageant exposure will for sure help her in establishing a strong foothold in the upcoming competition.

The gorgeous beauty is 21 years of age and is currently pursuing her masters. With a strong following of almost thirty thousand followers on her Instagram page, Athena for sure maintains her aesthetic. She succeeds Miss International Guam 2018 Diliana Tuncap who represented Guam in Miss International 2018 but unfortunately failed to win a position in the Top.

Guam has been quite consistent in sending delegates at Miss International pageant. However, the only placement that it had in the pageant was back in 1967 when Margaret Frances Glover made it to the Top 15.
