The organization of Miss International Hong Kong announced Rosemary Ling as the official representative of Hong Kong for Miss International 2021. The announcement was made via Miss International Hong Kong’s official social media page. The finals of the competition were held privately where the top five finalists competed in dresses of their own choice, a question-and-answer round with the judges, and, finally, the swimsuit competition. Rosemary succeeds Kaye Cheung, Miss International Hong Kong 2019, who also finished in the Top 10 at Miss International 2019.

Rosemary is 23-years-old and stands 175 cm tall. She is a professional model and content creator with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Sociology & Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Hong Kong. She is excited about representing her country at Miss International 2021 in Tokyo, Japan.

After the announcement, Rosemary took to her social media to share, "I’m very honored to be chosen as Miss International Hong Kong 2021! Thank you so much for the trust of the judges, all the arrangements of the Miss International Hong Kong team, and everyone’s support in the past month! It’s my dream to represent Hong Kong at the prestigious Miss International Pageant and I cannot wait for what is coming in my journey as Miss International Hong Kong 2021. I promise to work hard in the coming months and present my best self when representing Hong Kong."

The diva wants to build a platform that allows women of different ages and races to communicate, support, and empower each other. She is strong, confident, and determined to achieve her goals, which are now to represent Hong Kong with the utmost sincerity and honesty and win the title for the country. She has a fit and healthy body as she works on herself every day to keep it in good shape. She has now started to prepare for the competition with a positive mindset.

Rosemary is looking forward to meeting the other competitors in the competition and to using her platform to encourage and inspire young women and girls to stay dedicated and focused on their dreams. With her dedication and focus, she could emerge as a strong contender for Miss International 2021.
