The finale of Miss International Malaysia 2023 was held on 1st October 2023 at the Sabah International Convention Centre where Cassandra Yap was crowned as the new queen and will now prepare to represent Malaysia at Miss International 2023.

Cassandra Yap is 24 years of age and hails from Johor. As the national titleholder, Yap’s prize package that includes RM10,000 in cash, an educational scholarship by SEGI University & Colleges valued at RM52,975, a regal crown, an elegant sash, and a lovely bouquet of flowers.

The newly crowned Miss International Malaysia 2023 Cassandra Yap’s court included –

1st Runner-up – Kimberly Vung

2nd Runner-up – Christina Aubree

3rd Runner-up – Aaliyah Wunsch

Top 8 also included Hanah Musa, Lilyannie Christie and Rindsay Rachelle.

A number of special awards were also presented at the finale; Lilyannie Christie was awarded Miss Popular, Aaliyah Wuncsh won Miss Photogenic, Joanna Eve won Miss Congeniality, Kimberly Vung won Best in Evening Gown.

Miss International 2023, the 61st edition of Miss International, will be held at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan on 26th October 2023 where Miss International 2022 Jasmin Selberg of Germany will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
