Majo Barbis is Miss International Peru 2019 who will now represent Peru at Miss International 2019. The 23-year-old beauty succeeds Miss International Peru 2018 Marelid Elizabeth Medina.

The diva was crowned at the national finale held on 14th August 2019 at the Patronato del Centro de la Amistad Peruano China. After being crowned, the beauty has taken over the responsibilities and advocacies associated with the title.

After receiving the crown, Majo was overwhelmed with happiness and took this to her official Instagram account where she posted, “I still can't believe it, I'm very grateful to everyone who helped me get here, with the organization for trusting me and giving me this great opportunity. Now to work hard to arrive with the best preparation for Japan! I promise to do my best.”

The newly crowned beauty is blessed with endearing beauty which can enthral anyone’s attention at first sight. Along with being beautiful, Majo is also a confident young lady who can stand out at the pageant with grace and her confidence will surely help her secure a noteworthy spot in the finale and land her onto the path of success.

The 59th edition of Miss International i.e. Miss International 2019 finale will be hosted on 12th November 2019 at Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan. More than seventy contestants from all around the world will vie for the international crown. Miss International 2018 Mariem Velazco of Venezuela will crown her successor at the conclusion of the event finale.

Last year, Marelid Medina Guerrero represented Peru at Miss International 2018 finale but failed to secure a position in the Top in the finale. Therefore, the country is yet to pioneer its win in Miss International beauty pageant.
