Kristine Jane Sarsalejo of Medina was crowned Miss Kuyamis 2024 at the finale of the regional pageant held on 10th January 2024 at Limketkai Atrium, Cagayan de Oro city. Miss Intercontinental 2021 Cindy Obeñita and Elton Ladd were the hosts for the evening who steered the audience through the finale night filled with glamour and beauty.
Kristine Jane Sarsalejo is 21 years of age and hails from Kalilangan, Bukidnon. At the finale, Kristine also won Best in Evening Gown and Miss Photogenic awards. On winning Miss Kuyamis 2024, Kristine took to her official social media as she wrote, “I am humbled by your kindness and I’ll do my best to respond as much as I can and extend my appreciation. This achievement is a shared triumph, and I am truly grateful to embark on this journey with all of you!”
The newly crowned Miss Kuyamis 2024 Kristine Jane Sarsalejo’s court included –
1st Runner Up – Gwen Marie Perion
2nd Runner Up – Gwyneth Jimemah Chan
3rd Runner Up – Ella Moore Sotto
4th Runner Up – Joelleanna Fhaye Salupan
Also at the finale, a number of special awards were presented to the contestants; Gabriella Gil Cristi Z. Alaba of Jasaan won Best in Closed-door Panel Interview, Jeshua Rae B. Gallawan of El Salvador City won Miss Congeniality, Gwyneth Jemimah B. Chan of Gingoog City won Best in Swimsuit, Ella Moore B. Sotto of Magsaysay won Best in Kuyamis-inspired Cocktail Attire.
A few sponsor awards were also presented at the finals night; Gabriella Gil Cristi Z. Alaba of Jasaan won Miss Le Rouge Salon and Spa, Joe Mae Baldon of Laguindingan won Miss Move Dance Studio, Kristine Jane A. Sarsalejo of Medina won TNT Choice Award, Gwyneth Jemimah B. Chan won Miss MADC Dental Clinic, Miss Pearl Body Touch Facial Center and Miss MCM Fit Nest.
