Yanina Gomez was crowned Miss Mundo Paraguay 2023 aka Miss World Paraguay 2023 at the finale of Reinas Del Paraguay 2023 held at Paseo La Galería, Asunción, Paraguay on Sunday, 25th June 2023. Yanina will now prepare to represent her country at Miss World 2024.

Yanina Gomez, full name Yanina Magali Anahí Gómez Ojeda, is 26 years of age and stands 175 cm tall. She is a Lawyer, teacher, notary and notary public. Yanina holds a master’s in management and Adm. cultural and educational policies. She is a Senior Dance Teacher and has also studied theater technique and oil painting.

Not new to the pageantry, Yanina was adjudged as the first runner-up at Miss Universe Paraguay 2022. One quote that she really resonates with is ‘The bridge between dream and achievement is called discipline. The engine to cross it is called passion.’

Yanina’s beauty with a purpose project is called ‘Ñamoporã Project’ through which she wishes to promote art and her country’s culture throughout the world. “The murals are fundamental because they are an encounter with the past, the present and the future of our history. Through the Ñamoporã Project, we seek to promote art, culture and education”, she quotes.

Through the Kyrey Foundation, Yanina is betting on the revaluation of the Historic Center of the City of Asunción, encouraging the use of the recreational spaces with which the capital commune counts. She also feels proud to enlighten the illustrious characters of her country. Previously the Plazoleta Epifanio Méndez Fleitas was in a total state of abandonment, but today it has become a space of enjoyment and art, which she discussed through her project.

Yanina will now prepare to represent her country at Miss World 2024 which will be the 72nd edition of the international pageant. The finale date or venue is yet to be announced but will be held later next year.
