After an absence of three years in the pageantry, the finale of Miss Negros Oriental 2022 was held on 29th October 2022 at the Lamberto Macias Sports Complex where Princess Angel Saga of Tanjay City was crowned the new queen. She is the first woman to be crowned with the regional title since 2019.

Princess Angel Saga gave a stellar performance at the regional pageant. She also won Best in Production Number, Best in Active Wear, Best in Swimwear, Best in Evening Gown, and Miss Congeniality titles at the event finale. Princess Angel Saga succeeds Miss Negros Oriental 2019 Arl Banquerigo of Siaton who has been holding the title since 2019 before the COVID-19 pandemic.

The newly crowned Miss Negros Oriental 2022 Princess Angel Saga of Tanjay City’s court included –

1st Runner-up: Cindy Sta. Ana, Valencia

2nd Runner-up: Icezzen Guartico, Manjuyod

3rd Runner-up: Vanessa Kimberly Ganser, Bacong

4th Runner-up: Grazyna Krishna De Guia, Bindoy

Along with the winner and her court, a number of special awards were also presented at the finale. Cindy Sta. Ana of Valencia won Miss Photogenic, Icezzen Guartico of Manjuyod won Best Speaker, Kristanylle Lei Malagan of San Jose won Ms. Wonders, Vanessa Kimberly Ganser of Bacong won Ms. Fiesta Gas, Princess Angel Saga of Tanjay City won Ms. Petron Engine Oil and Cindy Sta. Ana of Valencia won Ms. Globe At Home.
