Hidden Treasures Dabur Vatika Shampoo Miss Nepal 2023, the 27th edition of Miss Nepal, will be held on 27th May 2023 at the Godavari Sunrise Convention Center, at Godawari, Lalitpur. The pageant crowned Nepal’s official representatives to Miss International 2023, Miss Earth 2023 and Miss World 2024.
At the end of the event finale, Raina Majgaiya was crowned Miss Nepal Earth 2023. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Nepal Earth 2022 Sareesha Shrestha who represented Nepal at Miss Earth 2022 but remained unplaced.
On winning the national crown, Raina took to her official social media as she wrote, “Dear world, I am profoundly grateful for the overwhelming support and boundless love I have received. Your unwavering belief in me has been a driving force in my journey, leading me to the honor of being crowned Miss Nepal Earth 2023. Each day, I am committed to advancing further on this path, taking firm and purposeful steps, all with the aim of making Nepal proud.”
“I embrace my imperfections, acknowledging and learning from my mistakes, while carrying an unwavering spirit within me. With deep humility, I express my heartfelt gratitude and unwavering determination as I set my sights on achieving even greater heights. I embark on this new journey as Miss Nepal Earth, with the collective aspiration of bringing home the international crown to Nepal, serving as a testament to the resilience and potential of all Nepalese”, she added.
Miss Nepal Earth 2010 Sahana Bajracharya was the main host of the evening. Miss Nepal World 2020 Namrata Shrestha, the Editor-in-Chief of Kantipur Television Dilbhushan Pathak, actress Aanchal Sharma, and cricketer Gyanendra Malla were on the judges’ panel for the event. The president of Hidden Treasure, Diwakar Rajakarnikar, announced the names of the final winners.
Also at the end of the event finale, Srichchha Pradhan and Prasiddhy Shah won the titles of Miss Nepal World 2023 and Miss Nepal International 2023 respectively and will represent their country at Miss World 2024 and Miss International 2023 respectively.
