The finals of Miss North Dakota USA 2021 were held on 25th April 2021 where ten stunning ladies competed for the state crown and Caitlyn Vogel was crowned the new queen at the end of the event finale. The winner succeeds Miss North Dakota USA 2020 Macy Christianson and will represent North Dakota at Miss USA 2021.
Caitlyn Vogel gave a stellar performance at the state finals and her winning the crown was not a surprise. From Miss Teen USA to now Miss USA, Vogel has had an incredible journey. Last year, she participated in Miss Teen USA 2019 and placed as the first runner-up. The stunning beauty is a Sherri Hill model and also the founder of Limitless Fashion Show, a non-profit fashion show for girls of all abilities.
At the end of the event finale, Codi Miller was adjudged as the first runner-up and along with that, she also won Miss Congeniality. Since this was Codi’s last stint in the pageantry due to age limit, she also took to her social media as she wrote, “Well... I finished 1st Runner-up. Although I've cried all my tears out, second place isn't why. I won Miss Congeniality. I spent a weekend with amazing women. My family & friends made me feel like a winner. I had sweet messages from all over the country and world. I cried because I'll miss this. I turned 28 this year, and well.... now I'm aged out.”
Along with Vogel, Aspen Hennessy was crowned Miss North Dakota Teen USA 2021 and will be representing her state at Miss Teen USA 2021. Berkley Lundeen was adjudged as the first runner-up.
Miss North Dakota USA 2020 Macy Christianson completed as term as the longest reigning titleholder in this pageant’s history. Macy thanked all her fans for their overwhelming support and wrote, “Today marks 580 days as Miss North Dakota USA. It also happens to my last day of being the longest reigning titleholder in this pageants history. It has come with many ups and downs, but through it all, I knew I was exactly where God needed me to be. I can genuinely say I am thrilled for the opportunity the next woman will get and can’t wait to see what’s next for me. THIS IS IT!!! Thanks to everyone that supported me. Ily.”
