Miss Pakistan World 2023 held the annual crowning ceremony on Wednesday, 31st May 2023 at the Grand Palm Hotel in Lahore where Misbah Arshad was crowned the new winner. The event was hosted by Mr. Pakistan Universal 2022 Alamdar Khan with content creator Sumhaiira Saghir.

Misbah is 25 years of age and lives in Munich, Germany. Misbah Arshad is pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Hagen. She succeeds Miss Pakistan World 2022 Anniqa Jamal Iqbal.

Along with the new winner, the organization also awarded titles in different categories — Miss for under 29 years of age, Ms. for over 30, and Mrs. for married women – Ms. Pakistan World 2023 was awarded to Shafina Shah, Mrs. Pakistan World 2023 was awarded to Fatima Fakhar, Miss Trans Pakistan 2023 went to Alina Khan, Miss Pakistan Universal 2023 went to Kapothaqkhy Chanchala, Miss Pakistan Global 2023 went to Warda Muneeb Rao, Ms. Pakistan Universe 2023 went to Beenish George, and Miss Pakistan Supreme 2023 was awarded to Sabeen Baledina.

Sonia Ahmed, the President of the Miss Pakistan organization, also quoted, "People always mistake pageantry to be a part of the modeling industry, and that is not true. We don't have designers working for us or clothes that we have to get models for. We are like the Olympics but in a subtle way where the representation of one's country is a must.”

"Miss Pakistan is an honor received, an accolade for any woman at any age, as well as it's a title that opens the doors for many women to travel and know other like-minded women from all around the world. Our mission is to talk about Pakistan and let people know of the existence of our Pakistani culture," she added.
