Miss Panamerican International 2018 is all set to host its grand finale on 20th October 2018 at M3 Live Anaheim Event Center / 2232 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA where sixteen gorgeous women from all over Americas will compete for the coveted crown. Miss Panamerican International 2016 Katherine Prado Fallas will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

This year, the organization decided to put one contestant directly in Top 8 by public vote where the voting will be open until 1:00 pm California/USA time 20th October 2018. On 15th October 2018, the organization hosted the Top Model Competition the results of which will be announced at the finale night.
On 16th October 2018, the official presentation of the candidates to the press was held and the Photogenic Competition and Fashion Wear Competition also took place. On 18th October 2018, the health and fitness competition will be held.
