At the grand coronation of Miss Perú 2019 where fifty gorgeous ladies competed for the national title, Anyella Pamela, representing La Libertad, was crowned the new queen. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Perú 2018 Romina Lozano.

From Trujillo, Peru, Anyella Pamela is 19 years of age and a student of journalism. She has a whole year to prepare for her delegation in Miss Universe 2019. She is also a model and a TV host.

From the fifty contestants, Top 14 were selected at the finale- Janet Leyva, Vanesa Mathey, Estefania Olcese, Camila Escribens, Maria Grazia Crosato Neumann, Melissa Maggi, Suheynci Priani, Yoko Chong, Kristel Aranda, Anyella Pamela, Fiorella Mosquera, Valentina Ragone, Alejandra Bachhani.

The Top fourteen were then reduced to Top 10 - Janet Leyva, Estefania Olcese, Camila Escribens, Maria Grazia Crosato Neumann, Suheynci Priani, Yoko Chong, Lucía Arellano, Kristel Aranda, Anyella Pamela, Valentina Ragone.

At the conclusion of the finale, The Top 3 were left – Tiffany Yoco Chong representing Ucayali, Anyella Pamela representing La Libertad and Camila Escribens representing the USA. Camila Escribens was also awarded the title of Miss Grand Perú 2019.

A special panel of jury was appointed to select the new queen – Jose Forteza, Ines Maria Calero, Gisselle Reyes, Veleria Piazza, Paola Ochoa, Cecelia Tait, Ernesto Bejarano, Magdyel Ugaz, Gonzalo Trucios Kleiman, Lady Guillen, Deyvis Orosco, Percy Lucio, Juan Pedro Astocondor, Paola Dellepiane, Juan Fernando Jimenez, Maribel Silva.
